Recently in a public meeting, 24-year-old mob lyching victim Tabrez Ansari’s wife Shahista Parvin Said that she immolate herself if justice is not delivered to Tabrez Ansari’s ‘killing’.

“If my huband does not get justice, I will immolate myself. For this, Supreme Court and Modi will be responsible,” Shahista said in a public meeting. Right after her speech comes to an end, people at the meeting sloganeered saying, “Sister, keep up the fight, we are with you.”

“Just two days ago in America, Modi ji picked up a flower from floor as it was fragile, he was kind to the flower. Just like this, I too had a flower, I too had a life. The Mehendi on my hand was not even erased, but those culprits killed my husband,” Tabrez’s wife said while crying in public. “Am I not a daughter of the country, won’t I get justice?” she asked. She demanded justice for her husband.

The mob attack incident on Tabrez Ansari was earlier protested by a large number of people in different parts of the country, including the national capital of India; New Delhi. Tabrez was reportedly attacked by a mob for an alleged motorcycle theft incident.
