India is witnessing an increasing number of COVID-19 positive cases all across the country. The government in India has already announced a 21-day nationwide lockdown on 24th March as a part of the measures it has taken to control the outbreak in the country. Despite the efforts, total number of cases and deaths are 1965 and 50 respectively.

While the lockdown is at its peak, two ministers of Telangana reportedly attended Ram Navami celebrations held on Thursday at Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy Temple in Bhadrachalam. The two ministers who were seen attending the celebration are Allola Indrakaran Reddy and Puvvada Ajay Kumar. Along with them, other persons also participated in the religious celebration.

Telangana currently has 106 active (positive) cases and 9 deaths. This comes into news at a time when the Delhi’s Nizamuddin Markaz Masjid’s issue is at peak, where at least 2000 people were found inside the Masjid amid the lockdown.
